How many years’ experience do you have?
We have over 20 years of experience in all facets of remodeling, kitchen remodeling, decks and porches, sunrooms, storm protection, snow removal, windows, garages and general renovation and construction projects.
Do you provide clean-up and removal upon completion of a job?
Yes. We make special efforts to minimize our foot print both during and after completing our remodeling work, so you can better enjoy the remodeling process and its rewards.
Will I be able to request or change things during the project?
Yes, if the modifications fit within the scope of the project, a modified quotation is created and when the customer and At Home Contracting, Inc. agree, the project can easily move that direction.
What payment options do you offer? Do you accept credit cards?
Payment options vary from job to job, however generally at least the price of materials and travel to the job site is calculated into the down payment. A final payment will then be due at the completion of the work. In Massacusetts (MA), home remodeling contractors will often work with customers on multiple payment plans for large scope jobs. Ultimately, any unresolved payment arrangements are finalized and agreed upon between the customer and contractor during the time that the customer awards the bid to us.
Do you provide a free estimate on the total job costs?
Yes. We have our own estimators that are located in many areas on the East Coast. Our estimators will call to discuss your needs and schedule a time for an appointment, which is convenient with your schedule.
